Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you very much for your message concerning improper use of the internet. We
take such explicit charges against our customers very seriously and we continue
to observe the situation very closely, taking special note of such incidents.

From now on, we will be monitoring the internet connection of the customer
concerned.
Should there be a further incident of incorrect behaviour, we will immediately
sever the
person’s internet connection and take legal action.

Attached please find an excerpt from our General Terms of Business, which
stipulates Tele2’s usual procedure in the case of such customer behaviour.
